Jelly Roll Quilt

I made this quilt for my Mom's 65th birthday (hope she doesn't mind me broadcasting her age!). She looks MUCH younger than she is, so this will keep her honest :-). I just sewed four Kate Spain Good Fortune Jelly Roll strips together and cut them into triangles along the 45 degree angle.  I wanted a sort of pinwheel feel, so I arranged my triangles accordingly. I also wanted a larger quilt since she has two hounds to keep warm under there with her, so I added some sashing and voila! One birthday present for Mom. She may have to fight little Lucy for it though!
